How long does it take to receive my bag?
Most ready-made bags are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order bags may require extra preparation time depending on your chosen design.
Are the products real WooCommerce items?
Yes. Each bag is created as a WooCommerce product, allowing you to manage stock, pricing, images, and product feeds easily.
Can I edit the product details?
Yes. Go to Products in WordPress, open the product, and edit the title, price, images, description, attributes, and stock.
Can I edit the normal pages?
Yes. Pages are saved as Elementor templates under Templates → Saved Templates and can be edited like any other page.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. You can contact us to request custom bags including your preferred colors, materials, or sizes. We'll confirm availability before production.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team immediately. We will provide guidance for a replacement or return in accordance with our return policy.
