- Locate your licence key. Open the confirmation email for your order. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
- Install the official version. Download the software from the link provided. Uninstall any trial or earlier version first.
- Enter your licence key. Open the software’s activation screen and paste the key exactly as provided, including the hyphens.
- Confirm activation. The licence status should show as activated. If it does not, request our free activation service below.
Common activation messages
- “Invalid key” – check for similar characters (0 and O, 1 and I) and copy and paste the key rather than typing it.
- “Key already in use” – contact our team. An agent will reset the activation or issue a replacement key.
- “Edition or region mismatch” – install the edition named in your email. Our agents can provide the correct installer.
- “Unable to reach activation server” – check your internet connection and temporarily disable any VPN or firewall, then try again.
