Refund policy

Because licences are digital and delivered instantly, refunds work as follows:

• Unused key: full refund within 14 days of purchase if the key has not been activated.
• Key cannot be activated: a support agent will work with you to resolve the issue. If activation cannot be completed, we will replace the key or issue a full refund.
• Wrong product ordered: we will exchange it if the key has not been activated.

To request a refund, email support@books-keys.shop with your order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Returns cost nothing, as no physical product is shipped back.
